Sports stadia need equipment solutions to meet high volume production and service, but also with the option of service in low-medium volumes to suit director’s dining, boxes and events around the stadium.

Thermoport food transport boxes allow stadia to transport hot, cold and ambient food anywhere, either for service, or for finishing during events.

Stadia kitchens are big users of Rieber’s GN pans, with the new non-sticking Thermoplate pans especially popular because they allow staff to wash and stack without the pans becoming stuck while cooling.

Service options start with Rieber’s Varithek ACS – which creates a highly professional front cooking theatre station – but most importantly can be wheeled anywhere in the stadium for events, functions or match days. Put several Varithek’s together and you can cater for hundreds of covers in only a few minutes.

Rieber’s innovative Catering Circle can fit into any space and with the addition of ambient, heated, or chilled Thermoport insulated food transport containers, menus can include a full range of foods for any number of guests.

Catering Circle is a combination of trendy oil-drum style containers that serve as platforms for hob cooking, chilled and hot display, beer, and drinks dispense; the system even includes Rieber’s proven self-ventilation system.

For service and cooking, Rieber’s K-Pot hot, cold and ambient chafing dishes provide high-quality food presentation with the added benefit of the electric hot version being able to cook as well as hold food hot; and all without the need for gel heaters. Digital control gives precise temperatures.

Self-stirring Metos combi-kettles and the new MixPan provide heavy-duty cooking power that saves labour and delivers consistent results for high volume production of soups, sauces, stews, curries etc.

K Pot

K-POT electric chafing dish, new version, replaces hot food serveries. Fully mobile, K-Pot can regenerate chilled or frozen meals, as well as griddle, boil or fry, as well as hold hot food beautifully for service. Cold holding variants are also available.
