States of Jersey Hospital St Helier has recently replaced its aging Hackman Metos Culino Combi Kettles with the latest models from BGL Rieber.
Stephen Howitt, Catering Services Manager at States of Jersey Health and Social Services said of the project:
“The new kettles were delivered on time and on budget. They were a direct replacement for older models, which I believe were 20 years old.
“I have been at the hospital for two years and this is my first experience of catering with combi kettles. I am impressed with what they can do; more importantly – as I personally don’t cook any more – the people who do use them on a daily basis and who know what they are talking about are very fond of them.”
