We are always happy when our customers tell us about their positive experiences with our products. The use of our thermoport® products in the culinary world is particularly exciting. Mr. Reischl, who began experimenting with dim sum during the Corona pandemic, told us about his beginnings.
Mr. Reischl reported on his first tasting, where he presented his freshly prepared dim sum. As a transport solution, he chose the thermoport® K 100 hybrid passive-black. This unheated top-loading plastic transport box offers an ideal way to transport food safely and separately due to the passive cold and hot area, which is separated by an insulated bar. With a capacity of up to 26 liters in GN containers, it is perfect for larger quantities.
Mr. Reischl was particularly enthusiastic about the new, black version of the thermoport® K 100, which he described as a real eye-catcher. The modern, appealing design elements ensured that his presentation was not only convincing in terms of taste, but also visually.
For smaller quantities and individual portions, Mr. Reischl used the thermoport® K 100 KW – orange. This unheated single-portion insulation box made of plastic is equipped with an additional cold compartment and is perfect for “meals on wheels” transport. Thanks to its double-walled, tightly welded construction and dishwasher safety up to +90 °C, it is particularly practical and user-friendly. He reported that even after a day and a half, the ice in the passive box was still frozen, highlighting the excellent insulating capacity of the product.
With a smile, Mr. Reischl remembers the beginnings: Driving to the customer in a Mini with pots and bamboo steamers and presenting the freshly prepared dim sum.
