Highly accurate low-temperature slow cooking oven

The Thermomat from Rieber is a ‘cook and hold’ and a highly accurate low-temperature slow cooking oven, available with doors or drawers.

Whole legs of lamb, fried chicken, or joints of beef, soups, stews, vegetables or ready-prepared meals can be kept warm, reheated or cooked at a low temperature with pre-set temperatures kept to an amazing +/- 1°C.

Braising, regenerating, slow cooker

Temperature range is +20 to +140 degC.

Featuring a core temperature probe, Thermomat is capable of simmering, braising or regenerating food as well as doing an amazing job as a slow cooker and hot holding for items as diverse as hot bread rolls, joints of meat to pieces of chicken.
